Conflict Coaching is a one-on-one process in which a trained coach helps an individual gain increased confidence and competence to manage their interpersonal disputes. Conflict coaching is not therapy or counseling. Conflict coaching is a future focused and voluntary process that assists an individual to reach their conflict management goals and build better relationships.

The coach's role is to help the individual to identify his or her goals and take the steps required to reach them. Conflict conduct is learned behavior and therefore within an individuals control.



We believe that most workplace conflicts are based on miscommunication. Differences in beliefs, values, goals and life experiences all have the potential to contribute to miscommunication and misunderstanding.


Crew Conflict Resolution offers mediation services aimed at helping your team prevent and manage conflict to enable better working relationships, build more successful teams, and maximize organizational performance. We can mediate or train in-house mediators for sustainability in your organization.


We are proud of our affiliation with the Mediation Training Institute at Eckerd College and to be able to provide our clients with the best behavioral conflict assessment instrument for the workplace, the Conflict Dynamics Profile (CDP). The CDP provides a powerful way to improve self-awareness of what triggers conflict in individuals as well as how they respond to conflict. 

We are certified to deliver other assessments including: The Entrepreneurial Mindset Profile, The Kraybill Conflict Style Inventory, Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI®), Myers-BriggsType Indicator (MBTI), Leadership Architect™ Suite from Korn/Ferry, Strengths Development Inventory SDI®, Leadership Practices Inventory (LPI) - Kouzes and Posner, and DiSC®.
